Characteristics of electric cylinder:
I Easy to use
1. It can be used through simple wiring, and can be operated with 24V DC power and switch signals.
2. With built-in torque return function, no sensor is required for installation (as shown in the right figure).
3. It allows for simple setting of multiple points for positioning.
4. The thrust and operating speed can be easily set.
5. Multi-axis operation can be achieved through various buses.
6. Compared to traditional cylinders, it eliminates the need for air circuit components, thus eliminating the troubles of air leakage and maintenance.
II environment protection
1. No air source is required, significantly reducing power consumption.
2. No need for exhaust, low noise, and no odor.
III high performance
1. Simple structure, no maintenance required! Capable of long-term operation.
2. There are no vulnerable parts, and it is not affected by external environment. Under rated load, its service life can be predicted.
IV high precision
Utilizing high-precision ball screws and T-shaped screws, the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01 (ball screws) and ±0.05 (T-shaped screws). The motor part employs closed-loop stepper motors or servo motors with encoders, ensuring high precision and minimal step loss.
Notes:
1. Please use the sliding table within the rated load range: Please select the model based on the maximum handling weight and allowable torque. Overloading may cause gaps in the guide rail and affect accuracy.
2. Do not use it under conditions where excessive external force or impact is applied: it may cause the slide table to malfunction.
3. Except when returning to the origin, do not collide with the end of the travel range: If the slide table collides with the end of the travel range, it may damage the guide rails, bearings, internal limits, etc., rendering it unable to operate normally. When used vertically, the slide table may also collide with the end of the travel range due to the self-weight of the workpiece causing it to fall, so attention should also be paid to this.
4. The parallelism of the installation surface should be below 0.02: If the parallelism of the surface on which the sliding table is installed is poor, it can cause deformation of the sliding table installation surface, affecting the accuracy of the guide rail and the smoothness of the sliding motion.
5. When installing workpieces or fixtures onto the rod end, please secure the wrench fitted to the rod end and apply tightening torque to the wrench that holds the workpiece in place. There is a non-rotating mechanism inside the piston rod, so do not apply external torque to the piston rod.
6. When using the electric rod in conjunction with the external guide rail, please pay attention to the assembly accuracy: When used with the external guide rail, any deviation in the parallelism between the electric cylinder and the guide rail (refer to the figure below) may lead to poor operation or damage to the electric cylinder. Please be careful! It is recommended to use a floating joint for connection.
7. When installing the sliding table, please use screws of appropriate length and tighten them within the MAX tightening torque range. Exceeding the MAX tightening torque value may cause poor movement of the sliding table, while insufficient tightening may lead to table displacement or falling off. Please take note.
