I Easy to use

1. It can be used with simple wiring, and can be activated by 24V DC power and switch signals.

Compared to traditional cylinders, there is no need for air path accessories, eliminating the troubles of air leakage and maintenance.

Utilizing high-precision ball screws and T-shaped screws, the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.01 (ball screw) and ±0.05 (T-shaped screw). The motor part adopts closed-loop stepper motors or servo motors with encoders, which feature high precision and are less prone to step loss.

Notes:

1. Please use the sliding table within the rated load range: Please select the model based on the MAX handling weight and allowable torque. Overloading may cause gaps in the guide rail and deteriorate accuracy.

2. Do not use under conditions of excessive external force or impact: it may cause the slide table to malfunction.

3. Except when returning to the origin, do not collide with the end of the travel range: If the slide table collides with the end of the travel range, it may damage the guide rails, bearings, internal limits, etc., rendering it unable to operate normally. When used vertically, the slide table may also fall due to the self-weight of the workpiece, causing it to collide with the end of the travel range, so attention should also be paid to this.

4. The parallelism of the installation surface should be below 0.02: If the parallelism of the surface on which the slide table is installed is poor, it can cause deformation of the slide table installation surface, affecting the accuracy of the guide rail and the smoothness of the sliding motion.

5. Do not use the sliding table in a suspended manner: Suspended use may cause malfunctions, abnormal noises, increased deformation, etc.

6. When installing the sliding table, please use screws of appropriate length and tighten them within the MAX tightening torque range. Exceeding the MAX tightening torque value may cause poor movement of the sliding table, while insufficient tightening may lead to sliding table deviation or falling off. Please take note.
